Has anyone saw this in the past? Is there a way to get some kind of log what is really happening the background during the connection of the remote mount? or maybe is there any other way to mount my other NAS? Via CIFS/SMB and the remote folders are not dropping down at all. qnap-nas/ at Create remote connection-Remote device network protocol and at the end it just simply not working and I am getting the above mentioned error message. I can access it from my TV, Laptops, Pi, Kodi, Windows/Mac,etc. The DLINK NAS has a simple CIFS/SMB/FTP share enable with a user/pass combo. read-only and read/delete mode I checked and it is not visible anywhere storage is completly empty I use a few 100 MB on a 8TB HDD Since I could not locate any kind of "help" regarding this error message, i tried to check one-by-one, but none of the errors which have been listed here are valid: Contact a NAS administrator or click here to check the status of the volume." You do not have the correct permissions, the storage space is full, or the storage space is currently in read-only or read/delete mode. Just to be sure I am also writing it down So after I played around with the QNAP OS, then I wanted to connect my old NAS to somehow transfer all files to QNAP and this was the point where I ended up in a very interesting error message:
